‘Reiki For Life Now’ offers natural healing with the incredible energy of Reiki to re-connect us with our authentic Self, helping us become the best version of our Self.  The flow of Reiki energy encourages a healthy mind and body whilst counselling skills support this process.

Injuries and illness can be seen as a way of teaching us to slow down, re-assess and right ourselves to move forward once again, often stronger as a result of the challenges faced.  Reiki can help to speed up this process, supporting us in our innate healing abilities, on a physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual level.

Reiki can be given to all and is suitable for all faiths and religions. It works alongside the body’s natural healing processes and works well in conjunction with conventional medicine.

I truly believe that we can all benefit from the incredible energy of Reiki. I have seen how it has helped others and experienced my own transformation with it, to being a far calmer, happier person that has the ability to cope with whatever life presents. Wobbles happen, of course, but they seem smaller and easier to navigate now!
