Butterfly and blossom began to bloom, sometime after I started my own personal journey with Reiki, I was inspired to continue developing my knowledge and ability to offer specific holistic treatments, offering you the opportunity to balance your lifestyle in a healthy, natural way. I feel that taking time to take care of yourself will rebalance and help you to focus on what is important and how best to achieve your own personnel goal, whether that is improving your self-esteem or working towards your goal and actually achieving it.

Since I established butterfly and blossom in the Summer of 2014 many people have experienced such a positive change in direction and found a balance to enhance their own lifestyle which I am so very delighted to have helped with, also many people enjoy the health benefits of the treatments I offer.

I am a master practitioner member of the UK Reiki Federation and have fully qualified in Swedish massage VTCT level 3, hot and cold stone therapy practitioners diploma, Hopi ear candling, Indian head massage, various holistic facials, infant massage plus crystal therapy, colour therapy and I am qualified to teach meditation.

I love working in my ground floor therapy room which overlooks the garden, this brings nature into our treatments and creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
