Hello my name is Cathy and I work with Reiki energy to help clients heal emotional, mental, spiritual, physical imbalances. In one to one treatments I offer a Chakra Reballance and bring in Crystals to optimise this very special healing. I offer one day training courses for Usui Level 1, Level 2, and Master Level to include not just the information of each level but the practical supervision also so you can feel really confident to begin as soon as you leave.

I work with many modalities to support clients in one to one sessions, Wellbeing Classes and Holistic Training in Norfolk.

I am a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, Advanced Past Life Regression /Future life Progression Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master/Trainer and Meditation Teacher at various locations including -Norwich High for Girls,NUS Art School, Paston Sixth Form, Broadland High School, The Yoga Tree,Rowan House Hethersett, Mangreen Trust.
