My name is Alex Petty and I’m a Usui Reiki Practitioner. My journey with Reiki began over 17 years ago with my First Degree training and continues to be a source of inspiration and healing today. In 2022 I received my Third Degree attunment and as a teacher I look forward to welcoming others into the wonderful circle of Reiki next year.
As well as using Reiki I also practice Homeopathy, Soft Tissue Therapy, Scar treatment, Myofascial Therapy and Reflexology.

People seek Reiki for a wide variety of reasons. Whether you’re looking to use Reiki for general energy balancing, stress relief, anxiety, spiritual development, emotional release or physical healing you can be sure that Reiki will work for the highest good and support you as needed.

I enjoy working with people long term and have a particular interest in emotional health and spiritual growth. However, I also offer one-off Reiki sessions which are also beneficial.

All treatments are provided in a peaceful private treatment room at my home in Gressenhall, near Dereham where I live with my partner and two mischievous cats Dillard and Fancy.
