Steve Mason Hypnotherapy and Reiki

Reiki is a wonderfully relaxing therapy which can support and help in so many ways. I often combine this energy therapy with hypnosis and this increases relaxation, as well as your sensitivity to the energy. If you’ve not already experienced the feeling of deep peacefulness which Reiki brings, then why not make some time for yourself?

I offer sessions at Fern and Favour, a lovely shop in Louth with a pleasant treatment room. In addition, I am able to see clients at my home in Alford.

In addition to my training in Reiki, which was completed in 2008 through Reiki Evolution, I am qualified as an advanced Hypnotherapy practitioner. I bring a particular set of skills to my practice, having worked as a dentist then more recently and teacher, tutor and coach. I recognise the importance of allowing you space to bring whatever you need to your session, and can offer support in relaxation techniques if requested.
