Isla Armstrong – Reiki, Yoga and Wellness

I am a fully qualified Reiki Master and Teacher with 8 years’ experience working with a variety of clients.  I am passionate about alternative therapy and have done gained further qualifications in Advanced Crystal Therapy and Advanced Aromatherapy which I feel complement Reiki in a beautiful way.  As well as offering one-to one reiki sessions I also offer group mediation and teaching of Reiki Level 1, 2 and Master Training.  I am also a 200hr Yoga Teacher so I am able to work with my clients holistically to promote physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
