Hi, I am Lisa Livornese. I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master / Practitioner & Crystal Reiki Master. I also has other healing modality certifications. My key focus is Reiki. I am also a fully insured Reiki Practitioner & Reiki Master Member of the UK Reiki Federation.
I believe passionately that Reiki is one of the most effective therapies for stimulating our own body’s healing system & releasing the stress from our lives, which is conducive in causing many serious illnesses. I was intent in finding out ways to improve the health of myself & others, as well as personal growth.
Reiki gives me joy in my heart, to be the conduit or to receive. It’s given me that light at the end of that tunnel, a spring in my step & a smile inside and out, with it’s loving, relaxing, peaceful, healing, universal energy.
I could sing it from the rooftops, as it has let my light shine bright & also many others. I build rapport easily & effortlessly with people.
My background being over 20 years experience in IT/Games recruitment. I find it easy to connect with people and make them feel relaxed and comfortable.  I am empathetic and highly intuitive and all Reiki treatments are given with my heart felt intention of the highest good.
Some areas that Reiki can help with, not an exhaustive list: Reiki works on, Mental, Emotional, Physical & Spiritual levels. Stress, anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, insomnia, release toxic emotions, releasing limiting beliefs, control your weight, low self esteem, emotional distance & unavailability, hot emotions (anger, jealousy), pregnancy conception, all pain, (eg, back pain, arthritis), insomnia, HIV, cancer, recovering from surgery, general well being, lack of libido, loss of meaning, disconnection from self & life.
have been passionate about holistic health since I can remember & it has been an integral part of my life both personally & professionally.
