Enchanted Reiki

My name is Angel, I am a Reiki Master and practitioner from London. I trained under the incredible Torsten Lange of the Reiki Academy, and my lineage can be traced back to the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui Sensei, via both the Eastern and the Western lineages. I am unique in that I will adapt and change my treatments to suit and accommodate your personal and spiritual beliefs.

Reiki is fast becoming a well established method of non-invasive alternative therapy healing widely used by the NHS to counter side effects of chemo and radiotherapy. It is not only used to compliment conventional treatments for physical aliments, but can also be used for psychotherapy and to help ease the mind and soul.

One does not need to be sick in order to have a Reiki treatment. Reiki can be thought of as not only a healing modality, but as a pampering session too. In the same way that we bathe and exfoliate to cleanse our physical bodies of visual dirt and grime, we can use Reiki to cleanse our aura and energy field.

Christians who are on the fence about Reiki are encouraged to read my blog post (on my website, enchantedreiki.co.uk) where I list testimonials from nuns, priests and ministers who practice Reiki and are convinced that they are doing the work of God, like Jesus did. Some Christians choose not to partake in Reiki treatments, however a growing number of Christians see Reiki as a gift from the Holy Spirit, and accepting it openly, find themselves becoming closer to God through the gift of healing hands. It is of course up to the individual to decide whether Reiki aligns itself with their beliefs or not.

During your treatment with me I will play any music or soothing sounds you want me to whether it is a recording of monks chanting, readings from the Quran or simply the sound of thunder. You can ask me to read out prayers or Bible verses of your choice, burn incense, turn the lights up, turn the lights down, ring Tibetan bells or engage in every day chit-chat. As long as it isn’t inappropriate or offensive to me, you are free to ask me to incorporate anything that will make you feel comfortable. I invite you to bring or wear religious items with you if you are new to Reiki and would like reassurance from whomever you worship that Reiki is in alignment with your beliefs.
