It helps to balance and encourage the body’s own self-healing mechanism.

Reiki can help with many issues in your life, creating shifts and changes and can bring a sense of self-awarness.

In some cases a physical problem will be caused by an emotional issue and once that is healed the physical reaction often dissapears.

Most people find reiki to be relaxing, energising and healing.

As I offer other treatments Too I will often combine therapies for example do a full body massage and include reiki . Reiki also works very well with hypnotherapy so this is another great combination.
