Louise Cardon Reiki Teacher/Practitioner

You can find me in South Shields most of the time now, convenient for much of North East England, but once a month I am back in the South East at my practice in Bromley for classes, groups and treatments/consultations.

My purpose is to help you to learn how to connect to your natural resources and strength by finding a place of inner tranquillity.

I have been studying Usui Reiki since 2002 and have been teaching students since 2008. Reiki helps you to restore your mind and body to balance; most people find it deeply relaxing and some people find it helps with anxiety and pain control.

I am a Registered Teacher with The Reiki Guild and a Registered Teacher/Practitioner with Shibumi International Reiki Association. As well as studying with my local teacher, I have studied with internationally renowned teachers Frans and Bronwen Stiene and Pamela Miles.

In addition to the system of Reiki, I teach meditation classes and I also work with flower and vibrational essences. I am a certified Indigo Essences Practitioner and an Australian Bush Flower Essences practitioner.

You can find me at Keston Natural Health Practice in West Wickham, Kent, once a month where I see individual clients and run my groups and classes. I recently moved to South Shields in Northeast England and am now available for treatments and classes up here for the other 3 weeks of the month. It is my belief that taking your time to learn how to practice Reiki has many benefits including time to practice under supervision, time to reflect and experiment and time to ask questions. This is why I have kept a face-to-face relationship with my southern students.
