Having never heard of reiki before I went into my session open minded. Nicola is very welcoming and calming and offered a relaxing environment with my own choice of burning scent. I was suprised at how I responded to the reiki and felt aware of the areas she was working on even though there us no physical contact. A nice experience to have with a lovely lady. Would recommend you to try it and judge for yourself
