I am also a Massage In Schools Programme Instructor and Relax Kids Teacher.
I also hold a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills and a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and a PTTLLS Teaching Certificate.

I write a Crystal Column in the My Weekly Monthly Special Magazine.

I run introductory workshops and courses for beginners through to practitioner level and Master/teacher levels. These are run throughout Scotland. Livestream and Online Courses are also available. All Courses are fully accredited and I am an IPHM Accredited Training provider.

I am a full member of the BCMA and MISA (Massage in Schools Association).

My interest in complementary therapies goes back many years and has been a journey of personal development and discovery for me. After reading and finding out about various therapies I found myself being drawn to certain therapies and I started studying these in my spare time. I first did a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills in 1997, quickly followed by my first Reiki Course in 1998. The rest, as they say, is history!

I have over 30 years experience in the fields of marketing, pr, marcomms and business development and have worked across various sectors.

I was Event/Marketing Manager with Body & Soul Events, Scotland™s foremost MBS events company for seven years, which was a wonderful and inspiring experience. We organised mind, body, spirit events all over Scotland and UK, as well as managing stand-alone workshops and tours with many of the well known authors and therapists in the field. This certainly fuelled my interest in the world of complementary therapies and MBS even more.

My Aims

My aim is to offer a holistic service – treating mind, body and spirit, bringing the benefits of complementary therapies to as wide a selection of people as possible.

Each client will be treated with integrity and empathy and all treatments and healing sessions will be done in the strictest confidence. Each client will be treated as an individual and each healing or therapy session will be moulded to suit each client’s needs.
