About Whitessence (Therapies & Fitness)
Whitessence offers holistic therapies such as Reiki, Massage Therapy and the Dornmethod as well as Pilates and exercise for chronic conditions.
After successfully rehabilitating myself after being diagnosed with MS in 2007, I’m now able to pass on my knowledge and skills and help others through therapies and exercise.
I have also completed a healing course for cancer patients with the Sam Buxton Sunflower Healing Trust.
I have a huge passion for holistic therapies and treating my clients as individuals, offering tailored treatments.
Whitessence is based in Seale-Hayne and around Newton Abbot.
