The method of receiving Reiki is simple. The recipient remains clothed, lies on a couch and simply relaxes. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manupulation. It is importaint to remember that the whole person is treated rather than specific areas and the energy will travel to where it is most required. Sessions normally take between 45 minutes and an hour, depending on the specific clients needs.

Stone Therapy comprises many different aspects of physics such as thermal hydrotherapy, cryotherapy, magnetic therapy and compression. But the healing process of the stones reaches far beyond the physical as the stones themself.
