Crystal Therapy
(Approx. 60 minutes)

Various crystals and minerals are placed on or around a fully clothed client to induce deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies.

The treatment takes around an hour and crystals may be used singly or in patterns. They are placed on sites of pain, on acupuncture points or meridians, or on subtle energy vortexes called chakras.

Crystal healing can be used for a variety of physical ailments including, for example, migraines, digestive problems and low energy. In addition, crystal healing is often used to help mental and emotional issues such as tension, stress, depression and anxiety.

Reiki
(Approx. 60 minutes)

A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation and also promotes healing.

The treatment is carried out, fully clothed usually lying on a therapy bed and universal energy is channelled through the therapist to the client. The therapy can be conducted either hands on or off the body and sessions usually last up to 1 hour.

Aside from treating physical, mental and emotional problems, most clients report that a Reiki treatment feels wonderful, and promotes a sense of relaxation and well being.

Reiki can be used to relieve the symptoms of chronic illnesses such as anxiety, insomnia, back pain and arthritis, and it often produces long-term beneficial changes.
