Reiki and Counselling

I work with Reiki in combination with Counselling, I find this helps the client to experience a deeper and more supportive session.

I am a qualified Counsellor and Reiki Teacher/Master and have been working with these modalities for 6 years.

I work with Reiki to energise, balance and ground the individual, in sessions a release can be felt as some clients move through issues, Counselling supports this transition.

Reiki is suitable for everyone and is a powerful tool which supports the individuals quest for inner peace, calm and balance in a hectic lifestyle.
