I offer Reiki (Master/Teacher) and CranioSacral Therapy which can be used separately or combined. The client remains fully clothed and lies on their back on a massage table. Seated treatments can be offered as an alternative.

NLP explores the inner dialogue, images and movies in our heads. It looks at the metaphors we use everyday and how these can be amended to bring about change.

With NLP (Clean Language) Therapy you are guided, by a series of simple questions, to new realisations which can bring about personal change. I believe in my clients’ abilities to find their own answers.

Whether through hand-on or talking therapies, change emerges from within the client.

I charge £40 for a one hour session. An extra free 10 minutes is allowed for a new client.
