Really lovely to meet Jo – she left a significant & lasting impression!
I was a little gobsmacked – I have had an enduring (about a year or so) discomfort in my right hip that I put down as part and parcel of my compromised current physical condition (just age / work stress / reduced exercise combo – the usual…). I have had physio treatment, and yoga-based rehab. Although I have seen progress in my overall condition, this particular sensation has persisted. Since your (15min!) session it has totally evaporated. Quite extraordinary!! Thank you!! Clive
