I run a reiki school and also can offer sessions of healing. I have been an energy healer for over
16 years. Reiki is a gentle healing technique that can bring change in the receiver when they are ready. There is no working on a client, it is all working with your energy. Your energy receives the healing and decides how to use it best for you. Reiki has been found to help with a number of aliments:
emotional blockages and imbalance
stress, anxiety, worry and depression
arthritis and general aches and pains
insomnia and other sleeping difficulties
post-operative recovery
hormone imbalances
digestive complaints
lethargy or low energy
weakened immune system
general well-being/personal development
