Reiki is a Japanese therapy for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
I am a Complementary Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with clients to de-stress and relax as well as those clients who are suffering from physical and emotional health conditions. Reiki is a non-invasive, wonderful, calming treatment that helps to induce a state of relaxation. This then allows the body to replenish and recharge and reverse the effects of the build-up of stress within the mind and body.
