Feel Good Naturally and Dragon Rose Holistic

Feel Good Naturally came about in 2012 when I had the opportunity to set up my own business. In 2001 I was given a 5% chance of survival following an operation for my Crohn’s Disease. My weight had plummeted and I was malnourished. To get the weight back on, I was told to eat stodge, processed foods and was never told to change those eating habits. I gained more weight which aggrevated my arthritis and my eczema flared up.
It was a slow journey back to health. I had to learn for myself what foods I could eat, what foods were going to help my gut and my inflammatory conditions. So in 2011 I retrained as a Nutritionist.

Over the years I have added Feel Good Services that have helped me to heal from within.  These include Mindfulness Training to help me tackle some of my childhood limiting beliefs.   I am now qualified in Mindfulness for Children, MBCT and MBSR and use a mixture of these to create a bespoke package.

In 2018 I decided to split my business and move all personal holistic therapies under my Dragon Rose Holistic business.  I have trained in Thai Hand & Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage and Holistic Facial Massage (including Rose Quartz facial) to help aches and pains.  I was introduced to Reiki over 10 years ago but only started on my spiritual journey in 2014 when I trained as a Meditation Instructor.  I was then reintroduced to Reiki and completed my Usui Level 1 and 2 and started using it in my business.  In 2017 I became an Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher.   I also do sound healing and mix this with meditations and Holy Fire Reiki for a beautiful spiritual experience. I am now qualified in White Feather Qigong and can do group classes or one to one.

I work with all ages and my therapy room in Bailiff Bridge is situated on ground floor so is wheelchair friendly and great for those who have mobility issues.   I am mobile and also offer businesses and groups Corporate Massage, Corporate wellness talks and Holy Fire Reiki meditation experiences under the Feel Good Naturally banner.
