I am a Reiki Master and offer Reiki by appointment only. Due to Covid restrictions I am only offering distance healing at the moment. I have been trained in Western and traditional Japanese Reiki. Reiki has been proven to increase energy, ease aches and pains and give a general sense of well-being. It is one of the most relaxing holistic therapies to be enjoyed by anyone at any age. I practice from my home in Pagham in a quiet and calm environment and clients can even bring your own music. A short meditation is offered before treatment as my aim is to make clients as relaxed as possible and let the energy flow.
