I have been teaching Reiki/Sekhem at al levels for 18 years and offer Reiki & Sekhem courses at all levels on a one-to-one basis.

This allows me to provide a bespoke course: it means the course is led by my students meeds of - why they want to learn - who they will be healing - where and in what situations. It also allows for the diversity of people wanting to learn Reiki/Sekhem. Some of my students have very little knowledge of Reiki and complementary therapies where as some students are practising therapists who want to enhance their existing treatments. Some people just want to learn Reiki &/or Sekhem for themselves for their own spiritual path.

Reiki is a powerful but gentle natural energy, flowing wherever it is needed to support the bodys natural healing process. Receiving Reiki is deeply relaxing, revitalising the body, mind and soul; relieving pain and stress by clearing disturbances within the energy system. The addition of the Sekhem energies provides a deeper treatment using the energies of Reiki as the earth energy along with water, fire and air. The Sekhem energy incorporates yin and yang energies, giving balance on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. As a feminine energy it can assist with female health conditions such as infertility and hormonal imbalances. It also re-adjusts imbalances on a deeper level of the psyche such as lack of self esteem, need for or lack of nurturing, self empowerment and love

I use Reiki & Sekhem both as a standalone treatment and with the other therapies I use, depending upon the client I am working with: to help with depression and anxiety; for physical pain and injuries; to clear energy blockages; to ground and clear the mind; to balance the whole body, mind, body and soul; for a very relaxing chill out treatment.

All Reiki treatments will help you connect with yourself at a deeper level, having a positive influence on your spiritual growth, intuition and creative awareness; allowing you to make positive healthy changes to your life.

Reiki can be used safely with any other complementary or orthodox treatments, increasing the effectiveness of those treatments and at the same time supporting the body’s normal functions. It is also an ideal therapy for very young children and those who are not well enough to receive manual therapies such as massage.

Reiki treatments
During Reiki treatments I may work on or off the body working in the auric field on the aura, chakras and meridians to clear and strengthen your energy field. I will work on clearing any blockages you may have, balancing your chakras and improving your own healing ability.

Receiving Reiki daily through self-treatment is an excellent preventative medicine and will strengthen the energy system; ensuring day-to-day troubles are dealt with straight away and gradually clearing long term disturbances and disease. Reiki & Sekhem Training

I provide Reiki & Sekhem training, whether just for your self, as a therapy for others or for you to become a teacher. I can offer courses of Reiki, Sekhem or Reiki & Sekhem at all levels - whichever you are drawn to. I offer a single day training of 6 hours or 2 half days of 3 hours (training times are flexible). You can book online through my website at a time that is suitable for you..

The course is certificated with a comprehensive manual and includes ongoing support after the course as required.

I am fully insured for all the therapies I provide which can be complemented with Reiki: Sound Healing, CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Myofascial Release, Oncology treatments, Scar Tissue Massage, Ear Candling.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Reiki and Seichem Association (RASA).
