Life can often become so hectic that it becomes like a whirlwind that spins out of control! Reiki healing can help to centre your mind, calm your soul and heal your body.

Reiki healing is carried out fully clothed and either seated or laying down. There is very little body contact allowing you to relax and unwind gently and peacefully.

Manicures and Pedicures are carried out using natural creams and lotions and include hand and lower arm or foot and lower leg massage to increase circulation and relax tired muscles.

Treatments can be carried out in your home at times best suited to you.
