About Sweetgrass Healing – for people, for animals
Kate will help you regain your balance on all levels – physical, emotional and spiritual. She works with the Angelic Realms, Ascended Masters, Spirit Animals and Guides. Healings begin with an altar built just for you and may include smudging with sacred herbs, drumming, crystals, chakra balancing, aura work and energy cleansing. It is a relaxing and refreshing experience which can bring peace to any troubled situation. She combines Energy Healing work with her profound interest in Native American spirituality to bring elements of Shamanism to her practice. Kate is an Angelic Reiki and Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and started her business, Sweetgrass Healing nearly 20 years ago. She offers healing for people and for animals.
If you prefer hands on therapies –
Luxuriate in Aromatherapy or Hot Stone Massage with oils blended specially for your needs.
Try Reflexology – a specialised foot treatment working on the meridian energy channels (known from acupuncture and shiatsu) to clear blockages and promote good health. It is followed by an Aromatherapy foot massage.
Relax with Hopi Ear Candles (Thermo-Auricular Therapy). Based on an ancient practice of the Hopi Indians of Arizona and brought up to date with the acclaimed Biosun Candles. This deeply relaxing therapy eases problems with the ears, nose and sinuses and is great before a holiday if you suffer ear pain when flying. The treatment ends with a face and scalp massage.
Kate offers Training and Attunements in Angelic Reiki to Practitioner and Master/Teacher levels. She also runs courses and workshops to include Aromatherapy, Hand massage for Carers and Volunteers, Hand Reflexology and various workshops on Native American and Shamanic themes.
