I’m a Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healing Therapist, Sound Healing Therapist, Mind Relaxation/Meditation, Master (Level 3) Animal Reiki Practitioner & Teacher and Soul Midwife - Holistic End of Life Care and Support, based in Washington, Tyne and Wear

My energy therapy practices focus on working with energy, vibrations, meditative and mindful practices, crystal healing, sound therapy for both humans and animals to help realign and restore the body’s natural, inner balance and wellbeing.

Reiki and energy therapies are powerful, yet gentle, connection with your life force energy. Either through light touch or medatative practice allowing energy to flow wherever the healing is needed. It is simple, natural, safe and can do no harm. Reiki supports the physical, emotional and mental energetic systems of the body all in one go. This energy healing modality is a deeply relaxing which helps you connect to your inner source of vibrancy and life force, allowing it to shift physical, emotional and mental imbalances to restore well being.

I am also certified Level 1& 2 with Felicity Warner’s Soul Midwife School to holistically support end of life care and give comfort. By using many skills, intuition and holistic practices, I walk alongside people and animals in their last stages of being here in this time. Soul Midwives offer holistic comfort, care and support to anyone, facing end-of-life. These skills can also be transferred to animals. We have deep knowledge of the stages of dying, and of the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of each of these. We use gentle, but extremely powerful holistic skills and therapeutic techniques to help ease anxieties, supporting anyone to prepare for and experience the death they would like to have.

We visit, listen, talk about any fears surrounding death and dying, and give practical planning advice and support. We work holistically to help create and hold a loving, calm and peaceful space, wherever the dying person may be. We “listen with the heart and see with the hands.”
