I have been using Reiki since 1999. I started as a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Karuna Reiki® practitioner at the Aston Clinic of alternative therapies in New Malden Surrey in 2001. I became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2005 and qualified as a Karuna Reiki Master® Teacher in 2007. I also have been practicing as a masseuse since 1974.

Reiki supports all forms of treatments, both orthodox and complementary. Reiki enhances the whole person on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. It gives a deep feeling of relaxation and is therefore very good for stress, headaches, improved circulation and the immune system; sports injuries as well as chronic and acute conditions.
