The word Reiki stands for Universal Life Energy and is one of the oldest healing methods known to mankind. It originated from Tibet but was rediscovered in the nineteenth century by a Japanese monk named Dr Mikao Usui.
It is an ancient energy healing method, suitable for all. It is performed whilst you lie on a massage couch, fully clothed, and involves the placing of hands on or near to the body to rebalance energy. It is used to treat mind, body and spirit and increases vital energy to achieve balance. It affects each person differently, but always acts wherever the receiver needs it most.

I am a mobile therapist, working within an 8 mile radius of Caterham. I have 15+ years' experience as a therapist and also provide Reflexology, Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles.
