My passion is Reiki and I have explored all I can to ensure I offer the best service, whether it be as a teacher or practitioner. I have aligned myself with professional organisations that exist for Reiki and am delighted to be part of the management structure of these organisations. The government backed CNHC is a wonderful way for the general public to now ensure that they can find a reputable teacher/practitioner and I am delighted to be part of this new way of working.

Reiki has proven itself to me time and time again. There are no known contraindications to using Reiki, it is completely safe to use with babies and adults alike, it has no belief system so is accessible to all. I have observed so many positive and transformational changes to clients and students accessing this energy and know that it brings clarity and balance to all. My approach is always professional, yet relaxed at the same time. For Reiki treatments, I will create a soothing and relaxing environment for you to completely unwind and allow the energy to help balance and restore you. Every person is given a truly holistic and individual experience in a calm and welcoming home based clinic. The first appointment will take approximately one and a half hours as I take a full client consultation record with you, covering your medical and lifestyle history. I then give a full body treatment and offer some homecare advice at the end of this. Further subsequent treatments usually take an hour. Treatments are usually given laying fully clothed on a treatment couch, however, if you have any difficulties accessing the couch, I also offer seated treatments.

For Reiki courses, I offer a full year’s programme of the different levels that can be learned, Reiki One, Reiki Two, Reiki Master Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. You can choose to take a more professional 9 month Reiki Practitioner course, which would allow you to gain the CNHC recognition, or you can learn for your own personal, learning the levels you wish to as and when you feel ready to do so. All my courses are verified by the UK Reiki Federation and are taught to National Occupational Standards for Reiki.
