The Reiki Rooms – Lumia Spa

The Reiki Rooms are part of a project working towards being a new social enterprise; The Wellbeing Circle, which strives to offer ‘well being for every body’.

Our aim is to provide luxurious reiki sessions to the general public with the profits allowing us to gift wellbeing classes and sessions to vulnerable groups, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and bring balance into people’s lives.

We’ll also be running energy therapy & reiki training for those wishing to use reiki on themselves, family and friends… as well as training opportunities to work as a therapist.

Initially the profits will fund yoga classes and 1:1 sessions to various groups in the Forth Valley area with the view to adding to this in the future.

One of the many benefits of a reiki session is a calmer and more peaceful state of being, helping to bring balance into our lives on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

Our full Reiki sessions will last 1 hour and will include a consultation, fully clothed hands on reiki session, card message, relaxation tips and a bespoke wellbeing pack to take away. There will be specific reiki sessions for Teens, Children and Pregnancy, as well as our Luxury Reiki Session, Mini Stress Buster and special session for those looking to try reiki for the first time.

Supporting our Reiki Rooms will be the perfect way to take some much needed time out for yourself..whilst giving something back.

Our first Reiki Rooms will be in Lumia Spa, Bridge of Allan and Neroli Beauty Salon, Dunblane.
