Hello, I’m Sharon Taylor. I help you to feel good about yourself both emotionally and physically to enable you to perform more effectively both at home and at work. I offer you an holistic approach to a healthier life.

Physical and emotional stress can manifest itself in a number of ways including muscle tightness, tension, aches and pains, tiredness, anxiety or stress related conditions such as psoriasis, alopecia and asthma. A Treatment Package or workshop with me will help you to sleep better, think clearer, move freely, feel more in control and get you back to being YOU!

This is achieved through a series of powerful techniques based around proven therapies including reflexology, Reiki, aromatherapy and massage techniques. Reiki training and personal growth workshops are also available.

You can visit me at The Cottage Healing Centre in Tamworth or I can visit you on-site at community group meetings, your nursing home, your workplace for yourself or your staff, clients or service users (travel costs will apply).
