As well as being a qualified and experienced Lecturer of Sport, Health, Nutrition and Fitness my qualifications include;

* Advanced Diploma in Exercise and Health Recommendations for Referred Clients

I am a certified Reiki practitioner, CBT therapist, Crystal Healing therapist and Angel Healing therapist.

Registered and hold silver membership with the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists and the International Association of Neurolinguistic Programming and Coaching.

Working with universal energy I can help you relax, heal and recharge using Reiki, Angelic and Crystal healing.

I am pleased to offer Reiki to humans and animals. I have experience of working with large and small animals from horses to birds.
