About Inner Peace Reiki
Gretel Leach is a Jikiden Reiki Practitioner helping both men and women.
Gretel helps people with reiki healing to reduce stress, anxiety, problems sleeping, as well as other problems such as supressed emotions and trauma.
Gretel is very passionate about helping people to heal on all levels, mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically and is also an mentor for people looking for an alternative route to the health system. Gretel is a self love and emotional mastery mentor as well as a spiritual facilitator, and she offers 1:1 sessions and programs to suit each individual and ties in the reiki healing to assist with the energetic healing process.
Gretel is a member of the Jikiden Reiki Association and is very professional in carrying out her reiki treatments, and prides herself on helping people to achieve a life aligned to their true being and internal happiness.

Addicted! Had 3 sessions now and 1 was distance, I feel so positive, light weights and weights have been lifted. I get so excited to go, and gretal makes me feel so comfortable and like I have made a new friend on my new journey. I think the word I used last session was “epiphany” x
I had reiki with Gretel during lockdown so no contact was made. We spoke during some voice notes and from her own home Gretel was able to balance all of my Shakras and was able to tell me about my digestive problems. I was so shocked at what Gretel was able to do from her own home as I had never experienced reiki before. I will definitely be returning for a hands on session
I cant thank Gretel enough…. I have never suffered with Anxiety in my life but at the start on this year suddenly i was flooded with dread and feeling anxious. My first ever reiki session with Gretel was a perfect way to take time out, it allowed me to stop, stop thinking and to relax deeply, it was lush once I allowed myself fully to rest. I’ve experienced Reiki in person many times before- I was feeling nervous about booking Reiki long distance to be totally honest. I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would feel anything etc etc. but you guys, I was SCHOOLED. My one long distance session with Gretel felt more beneficial than any of the IRL sessions I’ve had. I had never had reiki before and although open minded I was genuinely shocked at how much of a difference this made to how I felt. I felt so calm, and relaxed and positive after my session. Like a weight had been lifted. Will definitely be having more in the future.

Had a reiki session with Gretel. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She explained, clearly, what she would be doing and where she would focus her energy. towards the end of the session I felt a huge shift. I knew something had been unblocked. She also aligned my chakras. Can still feel the energy 4 days on. Would highly recommend Gretel. So open, welcoming and positive.

Just what I needed! I was recommended by a friend to visit Gret after struggling with homeschooling my 3 boys last year, that, and the general lifestyle change of feeling like a caged animal during lockdown. I’ve almost finished my second course and honestly feel back to my old self. The first few sessions were the most amazing for me, and I felt the results immediately. I’ve never tried reiki before but after having Covid and dealing with a multitude of symptoms I decided to take the plunge. I had no idea what to expect but Gretal was so welcoming and the whole experience was amazing. I felt so much more relaxed and slept better than I’d slept in years. She was incredibly knowledgeable and after only two sessions I can already feel a difference. I would highly recommend the whole experience.
I was looking for something to help improve my health and my mind as I suffer from health anxiety. I had never heard of reiki but after Gretel explained how it worked, I was eager to see how it would help me. After the first session, I immediately felt calmer and more relaxed. I was more grounded. The payment and registration was very easy to navigate (even a technophobe like me managed it).
