Vibrant Life Aromatherapy

Reiki is a system of natural hands-on healing using Universal (Rei) Life Energy (Ki) originating in Japan. It is profoundly relaxing, helping to still the mind, heal the body and bring inner peace. Regular treatments help to release any physical, mental or emotional issues we may be holding within our bodies and so allows us to optimise our wellbeing. We start to take better care of ourselves and are able to face life's challenges in a more positive way.
Reiki is an integral part of my therapy practice and my everyday life.  It helps me stay centered, focused and allows me to connect with the beauty of the world around me. When life gets hectic and stressful it gives me a space to be still and calm and also recharges me with vitality.  I am very grateful for this great gift and encourage anyone who feels drawn towards finding out more, to receive a Reiki treatment and/or learn Reiki for themselves and to feel confident that you too can connect with Reiki energy.  I have been giving Reiki treatments regularly since 2002 and have been teaching Reiki since 2010. I teach Reiki Levels 1, 2 and Reiki Master/Teacher Level. Please contact me for the next available teaching dates and location.
