I specialise in bereavement issues, loss of a loved one, including pets, divorce, loss of job etc.

Bereavement is my key area with adults and children

Alongside bereavement I work with people suffering from depression/anxiety and have a wealth of experience through my own journey.

I also use Emotional Freedom Technique to tap away any fears or phobias one may have i.e.

fear of needles
wasps
flying
giving up an addiction

I also offer reiki training for humans and for animals in one day sessions in Cudworth at the BBIC Centre on Snydale Road, Cudworth. i try to keep the maximum to 3 people – Level 1 = £85
Level 2 = £125
