I qualified in Reflexology in 2008 and Reiki in 2011, and I have found that my passion has evolved and I have found with experience that I am able to help and support my clients who find their busy lifestyles are affecting the whole body.

Reflexology is a gentle, soothing yet effective therapy, which is based on the massage and stimulation of reflex areas found on the feet. The massage sees a variety of techniques being used, but the thumb and forefinger do most of the work, smoothing and moving congestion away from reflex areas to improve health and well-being and to stimulate deep relaxation.

Reiki is a Japanese, non-invasive healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body, restoring physical and emotional well-being, and stress reduction.
