When trauma happens, it’s easy to block out the emotional experience thinking this will serve you well. Unfortunately, the emotions aren’t able to process which can cause much emotional distress, showing up in your life in other ways.

When you are low in yourself, or you are holding on to the energy of trapped emotions, it’s possible to attract earthbound spirits (people who have died but have got stuck on the earth plane). They need your low vibrational energies to stay, so they may hitch up and become part of your energy field. As their host, you will feel the energies of the earthbound spirit as your own and wonder why you are feeling anger, jealousy, resentment, or whatever emotions the earthbound spirit is harbouring. By releasing these spirits back to where they need to go, you are free of their vibrational energies. It’s a win-win, as the earthbound spirits can then carry on their soul journey. Once stuck, they need help to move on.

Spirit attachment can cause physical, mental, and emotional issues. Lost souls can attach to our homes and will bring their vibrational energies into the home, causing the occupants distress. It’s true that some people are more sensitive to these energies. Mental health issues, anxiety and depression may be started due to the presence of spirits but also once a host’s energy is lowered more can attach.

I clear away negative energies, spirit attachments and trapped emotions, whether from a person or a property. Session can be done by distance/proxy, so I don’t need to be with you in order to clear.
