I am an experienced practitioner of Traditional Reiki, Medical Reiki and Access Bars.

My journey with Reiki started in 2009 after I relocated to Somerset England from my home country of Japan. My intention was to manage stress levels and to further my personal development.

Working at one of the most prestigeous spas has given me experience in taking care of customers from all walks of life. It also made me realise just how many people suffer from anxiety, depression and sleeping disorders caused by stress, as well as physical ‘dis-ease’ stemmed from mental stresses.

This awareness and curiosity drove me to take further courses to explore possibilities where I could help others find their balance in life.
