I have been a Reiki Master since 2012 and I am currently studying to be a Reiki Master Teacher, exciting times!

I specialise in grief and stress, as the title suggests I am a widow myself, so can relate to the shock, grief and stress that comes with the death of a loved one and can help you feel more at peace with where you find yourself.

Reiki really helped me to calm and focus and to accept in the beginning, then helped and supported me as I moved forwards with my life, able to enjoy it again after the unthinkable happened.

Reiki could help you with your grief as well, whether you are in the stages of shock and numbness, trying to move forward but feeling stuck, whether you are one month in, one year or ten years into your grief, I get it, you don’t get over it, you get on with it. Day to day living with no one else really understanding, I can listen to you and you know that I will actually listen to you, not give you platitudes – I get it.
