I am a Reiki Master located in Seaton Delaval.  I provide stress relief and energy healing through individual Reiki therapy, Crystal Reiki therapy, and Reiki Therapy with Chakra Balancing. I also provide certified training courses for Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3 (Master).  Additionally, I provide group guided meditation events upon request.

Reiki benefits EVERYONE — women, men, the elderly, and children.  Along with the stress release that Reiki provides, Reiki works along side traditional medical care and assists with insomnia, pain management, depression, anxiety, side effects from medical procedures, and hospice care.

My appointment hours are generally Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however I do have occasional availability on Sundays and evenings.
