I have Reiki regularly for my own medical conditions and feel such a benefit that I learnt to give treatments myself so that I could offer people the same relief. I feel that it is important to put a client at ease and I make sure that my treatments are given in a calm and warm environment. Reiki is the process of channelling the natural universal energies through the client’s body to help it function correctly. I also offer crystal healing which harnesses the natural healing power of these beautiful objects found deep within the Earth. I use these lovely natural healing energies to realign and rebalance any issues or discrepancies within the body. Both these forms of healing may help with a range of different issues such as: stress, anxiety, aches, pains, respiratory disorders such as Asthma and many other issues.
