My name is Zara and I am a qualified Reiki Master/Teacher, Seichem Practitioner, Crystal Therapist & Intuitive Life Purpose Coach. I work from a spiritual place, focusing on re-balancing your energy on all levels - Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual. You are here for a reason, and sometimes life gets in the way of your true calling. Energy therapies and/or Life Purpose Coaching can help you find your way back to happiness and fulfillment in all areas of your life.

I offer Reiki treatments and Reiki tuition, Seichem Treatments and Crystal therapy  - stand alone or alongside Reiki and Seichem. I also offer Life Purpose Coaching, where I help you discover your true purpose in this life, and help you work out how to live your life of purpose  - a life where you feel fulfilled, happy and authentically you! Card readings are also available - Tarot, Oracle or Angel cards.

I offer a mobile service in Thirsk, Ripon, Northallerton, Easingwold and surrounding villages, or you can come to me for treatments/coaching at my home in Carlton Miniott, Thirsk. Life coaching can be carried out via Skype sessions as well as one to one in person. Group coaching sessions can also be arranged.
