Reiki in North Norfolk

I am a Reiki Practitioner in the traditional Usui system of natural healing, working in Fakenham and north Norfolk.

Reiki is a safe and soothing hands on healing treatment that can promote deep relaxation, and a calm, peaceful sense of well being emotionally and spiritually.

The treatment takes place in a quiet, calm atmosphere on a comfortable couch or chair. The treatment is received fully clothed, there is no massage or manipulation.  I simply place my hands gently on or near the body over each chakra in turn, to treat the whole body.  Sessions can take 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on each client's needs.  Reiki can bring feelings of peace, centredness and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life.  It is beneficial to all, young, old and animals too, in all kinds of circumstances, whether short term, long standing or at the end of life.

I am a member of the Reiki Association and fully insured.
