The Light Within

Self healing and self development has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. This has led me on a journey to explore many different healing modalities such as Reiki, Reflexology, Yoga, Meditation, Naturopathy, Indian Head massage and Kirtan (mantra meditation). It is through working on ones own self healing that we can then assist others in their own.
I am a registered Reiki Master practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) and member of the UK Reiki Federation. I also practice Reflexology and I am a Yoga teacher with classes in Bridgend and Cardiff and lead regular workshops in Kirtan or mantra meditation.  The level of training I have means that if you have health insurance that covers complementary healthcare you can claim back the cost of your treatment.
