About CentredTherapies

CentredTherapies by Carolyn Hodson

” Helping you to be centred and balanced in your physical, emotional and spiritual self”

Touch has huge benefits to everyone. I really believe that touch can give a sense of emotional re-balancing which is why I am a Reiki 2 Practitioner.

Reiki treatment is used for the reduction of stress and promotes relaxation and healing of the body, mind and spirit. The Reiki Practitioner can give the treatment by placing hands on or near to you and uses an energy to flow to you. This energy flow enables you to relax and release, allowing you to feel contented and feeling better within yourself.

Reiki treatment helps to release your body’s energy blockages, leaving you feeling healed and in good health, restoring and re-balancing your soul mind and body. A lot of people say that they feel like they are floating, at peace and glowing after treatment

Reiki is of a spiritual treatment, but it is not a religion.
