Reflective Healing

The practice of Reiki is a method of healing developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early part of the 20th century. The Japanese word Reiki means ‘Universal Energy’. Eastern medicine has always recognised and worked with this energy, which flows through all living things and is vital to well-being.

Reiki is a complementary therapy, a free flow of energy in the body, also known as a form of spiritual healing or a form of faith healing. Reiki is a non-invasive therapy to restore the body\\\’s balance for good health.

I obtained my certifications through Reiki Evolution using the Mikao Usui method of Reiki.

I am Chakra Healer and obtained my certification through Chakra 7, by Carole Tuttle.

I also provide Angel Card readings in person or over the phone.
