Reiki is an intergral part of all the therapies I offer in a holistic way. You will have been guided by a deep wisdom within you to seek out reiki and you will heal at your own pace.
Your wellbeing is subject to emotions and stress and reiki is a non invasive way of healing physical and emotional pain balancing mind, body and soul.
Reiki can be offered to anyone, including pets and horses and wonderful results have been achieved where stubborn animals have let go and become the loving creatures they were meant to be.
Reiki is ideal for anyone in pain or immobile or pre or post operations, helps speed up recovery.
Wonderful for the bereaved or dying, helping to release where required.

Hypnotherapy is amazing and helps release traumas, anxiety, give up bad habits including smoking and drinking and helps shift inner barriers to weight loss many added benefits may occur eg. confidence and high self esteem.

Reflexology balances the body and allows healing to take place, may help with hormone imbalances, fertility, sinus, aches and pains, neck pain, back pain, digestive problems.

Aromatherapy helps release aches and pains by using essential oils which are absorbed into the body through massage, which may also have a deep effect on emotions and stress.

When life seems stuck therapies are a wonderful way of moving the barriers.
