Dorothy Winter Reiki and Trauma Care

Dorothy Winter is a spiritual Reiki healer and Reiki teacher who has been practicing energy healing for a decade. Her work is trauma informed and centred around abstracting energy and clearing stored energy in and around the human energy field by using dynamic Reiki and shamanic techniques.

Dot wants to inspire more people to become energy conscious, to build an awareness of how trauma energy can affect their physical, emotional, and mental patterning. Dot believes trauma/s are stored within the body as emotional energy and has dedicated her life to empowering people through Reiki healing, Reiki trainings to live lighter, and more embodied lives
