Often what presents itself as an emotional crisis or a physical condition is really a 'nudge' to re-evaluate your life and ask bigger questions about who you are, what you want, and even about the nature of life and the universe!

One of several techniques, Reiki is my 'tool' of choice - as it makes a gentle yet profound impact.

As well as personal sessions, I offer group sessions, retreat days, events and training.
