My name is Saffiere and I have been working as a Therapist and writer  for many years.

I offer a wide range of services and am qualified as a Counsellor, Reiki Master , Master Herbalist, Master Hypnotherapist, Sexual counsellor, couples counsellor, Reflexologist and various other therapies.

I have written several Therapy books which can be found on Amazon and Barnes & Noble

Reiki is my passion and I have a busy and thriving practice.

I am able to offer Reiki I and Reiki II training courses which are always on a one to one basis and are usually held at my home.

The day of your course is all about YOU. My undivided attention will be given to you and you will receive a full atunement, course manual and certificate along with lunch provided.  Reiki I and Reiki II courses cost £120 or if you choose to combine Reiki I and II on the same day, the cost is £200.

Hypnotherapy is one of specialities including regression, phobias, weight loss and anxiety

all Counselling and Hypnotherapy is now conducted online via zoom or Skype, during the Covid pandemic
